Soluri Architecture and its expeditor CODE consultants successfully obtained a NYC DOB determination today for its Harlem Condo Building, clearing the way forward for continued review the proposed boutique condominium building. Obtaining the determination was essential as the proposed building is on a combined tax-lot with an existing tenement style building which caused complications during the DOB review process.
The boutique condo building at 121 Street in Harlem designed by Soluri Architecture has been featured in The Real Deal, the premier online publication on NYC real estate.
