Construction Completed at CCM’s Manhattan Clinic

Construction has been completed at CCM’s new Manhattan mental health clinic. This 4,200sf facility was designed pre-pandemic and was built during the pandemic. This is the 2nd clinic (and 3rd project) that Soluri Architecture has done for CCM, allowing them to expand and continue serving at-risk families during the pandemic by enlarging a network of support that promotes healthy, stable, and enriched lives for their clients and communities. The first mental health clinic designed by Soluri Architecture has opened in Brooklyn for CCM. Birchbox office featured in Business Insider

Business Insider featured Birchbox’s NYC office in an article discussing how its office renovation boosted company culture and morale. Soluri Architecture completed the expansion and renovation of the Birchbox NYC office in late 2014, and continues to work for the company. Birchbox work continues

Soluri Architecture has continued to work with Birchbox after completing their overall office renovation in 2014. As a disruptive tech company, Birchbox continues to evolve, and has retained Soluri Architecture to relocate and expand their photo studio as well as other minor modifications. This work will include design and the preparing of drawings for submission to the Landlord for approval and the NYC Dept of Buildings for permits.

Rosetta Getty Showroom – NYC

Soluri Architecture has been hired by the fashion designer Rosetta Getty to assist with simple layout changes to her NYC fashion showroom. The NYC showroom contains offices, a design studio and a large showroom space. It is the main workspace for Rosetta’s staff and is also where the label presents to buyers during Fashion Week.
