We’re please to announce that construction has begun on the 4,000 sq ft build-out for the new NYC office office for the Windish Agency on Broome Street in Soho. The general contractor is Tsang Construction and construction is expected to take 6-8 weeks for occupancy in May.
Soluri Architecture quickly obtained NYC DOB approval for this project in one day by filing via the DOB’s online HUB platform and was also able to obtain a Certificate of No Effect in an unheard-of 1 business day turn-around at the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.
