Construction is progressing at Soluri Architecture’s renovation of an apartment on West 72nd Street in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The renovation has reconfigured the apartment by expanding the master bathroom, relocating the entry to the master bedroom and enlarging the kitchen. The ceiling have been strategically dropped in a few areas to differentiate the open areas and to accommodate new LED lighting. The master bathroom will feature custom millwork, a new enlarged shower, new fixtures and marble tile. The enlarged kitchen will feature a Leicht kitchen, new Gaggenau appliances and fixtures.
