Soluri Architecture has been hired by Real Assets Property Management (RAPM) to renovate a retail center in Tacoma, WA. The existing 14,000sq ft building is in desperate need of renovation, so the project’s goal is to redesign the facade and refresh the interior to re-brand the building and attract more interesting & engaging tenants. Soluri Architecture has designed several projects for RAPM including the Mile Hill Retail Center. The project is expected to go into construction in early 2017 with leasing beginning later in the year.
This project marks our continued work with RAPM, as we last worked on the Mile Hill Retail Center.
