CCM Manhattan Clinic by Soluri Architecture

Construction Completed at CCM’s Manhattan Clinic

Construction has been completed at CCM’s new Manhattan mental health clinic. This 4,200sf facility was designed pre-pandemic and was built during the pandemic. As an honoree in the “Building Exterior” category, The Vidro photographs (taken by principal Andre Soluri) were presented by Interior Design magazine’s editor-in-chief Cindy Allen during the ceremony in-front of design industry luminaries and press.

Superstructure nearing completion at Harlem Condo Building

Superstructure work is nearing completion at our new boutique condominium building in Harlem. The GC is currently fabricating the formwork for the roof slab, and will soon begin installing rebar in preparation to pour concrete within the next few days. Once the roof is poured, all the remains of the superstructure are the bulkheads for the egress stairways and elevator shaft.
