The “West Kensington Flat Renovation” by Soluri Architecture received a prestigious 2022 SARA National Design Merit Award in the “Renovation, Restoration, and Adaptive Re-use” category. This project transformed a small, generic London flat into a spacious loft where the character & patina of previously hidden Victorian features are celebrated & contrast against contemporary elements. CCM Hires Soluri Architecture to Design New Clinic

Soluri Architecture has been retained to design a new clinic & preventative services center by CCM, a NYC based non-profit organization that has provided mental health services in Brooklyn & Manhattan for the past 30 years. Construction progressing at UWS renovation

Construction is progressing at Soluri Architecture’s renovation of an apartment on West 72nd Street in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The renovation has reconfigured the apartment by expanding the master bathroom, relocating the entry to the master bedroom and enlarging the kitchen. The ceiling have been strategically dropped in a few areas to differentiate the open areas and to accommodate new LED lighting. Construction nearing completion at Windish

Construction is nearing completion at the build-out of the offices for the Windish Agency in New York City’s Soho neighborhood. Finishing touches that remain to be completed include: painting, completion of the wood ceilings, cove lighting install, signage install, staining/sealing of the millwork and sealing of the concrete.  Furniture is expected to begin arriving next week and move-in to the new space should occur soon afterwards.
