Superstructure work is nearing completion at our new boutique condominium building in Harlem. The GC is currently fabricating the formwork for the roof slab, and will soon begin installing rebar in preparation to pour concrete within the next few days. Once the roof is poured, all the remains of the superstructure are the bulkheads for the egress stairways and elevator shaft. Soluri Architecture has been retained to develop the design for a new multi-family building on Mott Street in downtown Manhattan. Soluri Architecture is pleased to announce the completion of our West 72nd Street apartment renovation project. The renovation reconfigured the apartment by expanding the master bathroom, relocating the entry to the master bedroom and enlarging the kitchen.
