Superstructure nearing completion at Harlem Condo Building

Superstructure work is nearing completion at our new boutique condominium building in Harlem. The GC is currently fabricating the formwork for the roof slab, and will soon begin installing rebar in preparation to pour concrete within the next few days. Once the roof is poured, all the remains of the superstructure are the bulkheads for the egress stairways and elevator shaft. We look forward to topping out soon and then beginning the facade installation and

Construction progressing at Harlem Condo Building

Construction work at our new boutique condo building in Harlem is progressing and gaining momentum. The GC has poured the 4th floor and is currently forming up the columns, sheer walls and elevator shaft between the 4th & 5th floors.
