Soluri Architecture has been hired by the Windish Agency to design their new offices in Soho. The project will renovate a raw 4,000sq ft loft on Broome Street to create workspaces for the company booking agents and their NYC based staff. A fast track project, we expect design & documentation to take 1 month and construction to begin in late February 2015.
The Windish Agency is an independent booking agency that is considered one of the the most innovative leaders in tour bookings within the music industry. They represent over 600 artists focusing on musicians, bands and DJs and book over 17,000 shows per year for their clients. They currently have offices in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles with satellite offices in Toronto, Boston and Oakland.
