We’re thrilled to see that Harlem Bespoke has named The Vidro “Best New Architecture 2019”. Here’s the text from today’s post:
“Harlem Bespoke: Newer smaller boutique buildings that have been popping up all over the city in the past decade rarely have a lot of architectural design details in place as far as the actual exterior is concerned but The Vidro at 313 West 121st Street by Frederick Douglass Boulevard has come up with something quite different for the neighborhood. Architect Andre Soluri not only designed a sculptural modern concept out front but also worked with a more modest lot layout and somehow included an elevator that opens directly within each unit which has either a 2 or 3 bedroom layout. There are also the usual high end contemporary amenities within but it still a rare sight these days to see a such a daring exterior design on the outside when the development is not on a massive scale. More on The Vidro can be found in our past post: LINK“
The Vidro is a new 6 unit condominium building designed by Soluri Architecture that is located on West 121 Street in Central Harlem.
