The “West Kensington Flat Renovation” by Soluri Architecture received a prestigious 2022 SARA National Design Merit Award in the “Renovation, Restoration, and Adaptive Re-use” category. This project transformed a small, generic London flat into a spacious loft where the character & patina of previously hidden Victorian features are celebrated & contrast against contemporary elements. At today’s New York City Council hearing, SA principal Andre Soluri testified in support of proposed zoning amendments that begins the process of creating a permanent outdoor dining program. Today, during the annual Honor Awards event held by AIA York State, SA principal Andre Soluri, was awarded a 2021 Presidential Citation for his efforts helping others during the Pandemic through the “AIA New York Unified Task Force City and State”.
