Having completed over 139 renovations for projects of all sizes, types and budgets, Soluri Architecture has extensive experience with the unique challenges of renovation – especially in New York City which is one of the most challenging cities in the world to build in.  

We’ve completed 131 renovations in NYC making us experts in the navigating these challenges which include the NYC Department of Building (DOB), NYC Landmarks Commission (LPC) and co-op/condo board approvals. We have experience working in most of the building typologies in NYC and are familiar with their unique characteristics and nuances minimizing the unexpected surprises that inevitably emerge in renovation.
