SA was initially hired to create a concept design for the school, but that role has evolved into acting as an owner’s rep and advising the school on how realize their dream. To these ends, SA has been advising the school on how to structure the development deal and introducing them to developers who might be interested in helping develop the project.

MPCA and SA and currently in discussions with a shortlist of developers to determine the best fit and how to structure the financing and expects the project to move forward in the spring of 2020.
