With 70 residential renovations completed in New York City, we are experts in navigating the complexities of NYC renovation including the approval processes with building managers & boards, the NYC DOB and Landmarks.

While we don’t operate within a specific “style”, our projects tend to be simple and elegant – a quiet sophistication featuring warm materials with significant attention to details, lighting and finishes
