Business Insider featured Birchbox’s NYC office in an article discussing how its office renovation boosted company culture and morale. Soluri Architecture completed the expansion and renovation of the Birchbox NYC office in late 2014, and continues to work for the company. The article’s office tour showed off Birchbox’s open floor plan, multiple conference rooms, and many of the features designed by Soluri Architecture including a swing meeting area, the pantry, and personal phone booths. Business Insider mentions that the open floor plan with no private offices “influence the way [employees] listen and talk to customers,” which demonstrates how design can impact company culture.
