Superstructure nearing completion at Harlem Condo Building

Superstructure work is nearing completion at our new boutique condominium building in Harlem. The GC is currently fabricating the formwork for the roof slab, and will soon begin installing rebar in preparation to pour concrete within the next few days. Once the roof is poured, all the remains of the superstructure are the bulkheads for the egress stairways and elevator shaft. Construction work continues at the CFA Society New York in Times Square, where Soluri Architecture has re-designed the reception area for the Society’s offices.
