New Multifamily Building on Mott Street
Soluri Architecture has been retained to develop the design for a new multi-family building on Mott Street in downtown Manhattan. Soluri Architecture has been hired by Real Assets Property Management (RAPM) to renovate a retail center in Tacoma, WA. The existing 14,000sq ft building is in desperate need of renovation, so the project’s goal is to redesign the facade and refresh the interior to re-brand the building and attract more interesting & engaging tenants. Harlem Condo Building Approved
Soluri Architecture & Bestrow Realty are pleased to announce that the application for our new condo building in Harlem has been approved by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB). The approved building contains (4) four floor-through 2BR units, a 3BR duplex penthouse, and a 3BR ground floor duplex. Determination for Harlem Condo Building
Soluri Architecture and its expeditor CODE consultants successfully obtained a NYC DOB determination today for its Harlem Condo Building, clearing the way forward for continued review the proposed boutique condominium building. Obtaining the determination was essential as the proposed building is on a combined tax-lot with an existing tenement style building which caused complications during the DOB review process.

The boutique condo building at 121 Street in Harlem designed by Soluri Architecture has been featured in The Real Deal, the premier online publication on NYC real estate. The article describes the project, as a “horizontal expansion” featuring new residential units. Please note that the article incorrectly states that permits have been obtained. The project has just been filed for approval and we are awaiting the results of their review
