This morning Principal Andre Soluri gave a presentation on strategies for small lot development to a round table of 30 real estate professionals at the offices of the Real Estate Lawyer, Kenneth Volandes, Esq.
Andre has taken all of his research and experience in the design of multi-family buildings and small lots in NYC and has compiled it into a presentation in order to help show other industry professionals strategies on how to add value to the development and viability of small lots.
