Our speculative project entitled “113 w136 St – A Prototype for Modular Affordable Housing on Small NYC Lots” won a Design of the Year in “Architectural Design” within the “Social Housing” category of the 2023 Architecture Masterprize. The project shows how modular construction used in small urban infill lots in NYC can help solve the city’s housing crisis. Our recently completed “West 37th St Loft” received an Honorable Mention in the “Interior Design” within the “Apartment Interior” category of the 2023 Architecture Masterprize.
