The Vidro by Soluri Architecture is currently featured in the September New York Times “Homes” real estate advertising supplement. In the “Fall Preview” article the building is called “…a contemporary West Harlem Stunner”. In the article, Jeff Kranz of Halstead Real Estate stated that “this type of architecture has just not been an option here – until now.”

Facade revealed at The Vidro
The facade for The Vidro was revealed today when the scaffolding that was protecting it was removed. The sculptural & faceted all-glass facade features both blue and clear glass and was designed to respond to various zoning and space-planning challenges at this new 6 unit condo building in Harlem. The Vidro is Soluri Architecture’s first new building in NYC. The facade was fabricated and installed by Global Install using the Gamco CW250 Curtain Wall
Superstructure nearing completion at Harlem Condo Building
Superstructure work is nearing completion at our new boutique condominium building in Harlem. The GC is currently fabricating the formwork for the roof slab, and will soon begin installing rebar in preparation to pour concrete within the next few days. Once the roof is poured, all the remains of the superstructure are the bulkheads for the egress stairways and elevator shaft. Construction work at our new boutique condo building in Harlem is progressing and gaining momentum. The GC has poured the 4th floor and is currently forming up the columns, sheer walls and elevator shaft between the 4th & 5th floors.
